Sod Installation  Are you in the Nashville area and need a source for sod? Are you wanting to do-it-yourself or have it professionally installed? We offer both delivery and installation; we have a number of sod farms that we buy from to help you get the correct sod for your project at the correct price. We have access to Fescue, Bermuda, and Zoysia sod. Below you will find a few things to keep in mind when buying Sod.
Ø Measure the project area correctly for the amount of sod. Visit our material calculator to help you find square footage.
Ø Proper Soil Preparation is key when installing sod.
Ø Make sure you are ready to Install Sod at time of delivery. Sod should be installed within 24 hours of delivery.
Ø Make sure you have a plan in place to Water 3 times a day during the first 2 weeks following installation.
Ø Make sure you can Keep Off the Grass for the first two weeks.
Ø After allowing a couple weeks you can resume normal Lawn Maintenance, allow 3 to 4 weeks before applying chemicals.
We offer sod in pallets quantities only and offer in both squares and rolls. One pallet of sod will typically cover 500 square feet. Call for pricing as price change often due to market conditions.
